2. You have purchased it but have cleared your cookies Remedy: Go back to the purchase area in the sales platform that you purchased through (JVZoo, WarriorPlus, Thrivecart, Paypal etc) and click the secure "Access Purchase" link
You have purchased it but your browser, antivirus or advert blocker is set not to allow cookies Remedy: Change the settings in your browser/advert blocker/antivirus to accept cookies, then click the secure "Access Purchase" link in the purchases area of the platform that you ordered through (JVZoo, WarriorPlus, Thrivecart, Paypal etc)
