What's your refund policy?
Because this is personalised one to one support, there are no refunds once you have joined and received access.
The reason for this is simple: as soon as you join, you are able to directly access my time, experience, advice, and guidance.

Is there a limit to how many questions I can ask?
No. Provided your question is in some way related to AI, you can contact me as many times as you want and I’ll do my best to help – there are no limits.
How quickly will you reply?
I personally respond to every email myself and generally reply within 24 hours Monday – Friday, often quicker, and quite often at the weekends too (as my existing customers know) 🙂
However, please do allow for time zone differences!
What happens after the 6 months ends?
Obviously everything you created and implemented during the program is yours to keep, but your direct access and ongoing personalised support will end.
